Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team with a background in construction to work for a pool construction/home heating oil delivery company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and facilitating communication. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in office management

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining phone etiquette.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A CONSTRUCTION OFFICE.
  • Drafting and Revising Project Contracts
  • Processing Customer Orders and Payments
  • Keeping track of change orders and maintaining a change order log.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate schedule management for team members, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.

Note: Pay is based on previous work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person

Salary : $18 - $20
