Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team with a background in construction to work for a pool construction/home heating oil delivery company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and facilitating communication. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in office management
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining phone etiquette.
- Must be able to work independently.
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A CONSTRUCTION OFFICE.
- Drafting and Revising Project Contracts
- Processing Customer Orders and Payments
- Keeping track of change orders and maintaining a change order log.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate schedule management for team members, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
