Job Title: Biopharma Commercial Data Operations Lead – Patient Services
We are seeking a Biopharma Commercial Data Operations Lead – Patient Services to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Biopharma Commercial Data Operations and related Salesforce technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and document the current data flow and discrepancies between Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Warehouse, and Qlik BI reporting.
- Own and maintain the daily scorecard and data reconciliation report, capturing key data issues reported by the offshore monitoring team.
- Coordinate with data vendors and application owners to resolve data discrepancies and provide business clarifications.
- Automate the data reconciliation report generation and implement quality rules to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Develop and execute a strategy to streamline operations, enhancing efficiency and business continuity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience or knowledge in specialty pharmacy data and pharma commercial operations is required.
- Strong understanding of biopharma patient services operations and associated data processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with offshore teams, data vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with automation and data validation methodologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Warehousing, and BI tools (Qlik) is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
This is an onsite role, requiring close collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of patient services data.
