Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and hands-on Operations Lead to coordinate onshore and offshore teams, ensuring the seamless execution of global commercial operations for our biotech client. This role is focused on technical leadership with minimal management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Qlik Sense SaaS and will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies while ensuring optimal usage of these technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations, focusing on hands-on technical execution with minimal managerial oversight.
- Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of operational tasks in support of global commercial operations.
- Leverage Qlik Sense SaaS and Snowflake to manage and optimize data workflows, reporting, and analytics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Qlik Sense, Snowflake, and other operational technologies.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth data integration, business intelligence processes, and operational processes.
- Continuously improve operational efficiencies by identifying areas for automation, optimization, and enhanced system utilization.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues and drive solutions for business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience working with Qlik Sense SaaS
- Prior experience or knowledge in Snowflake is a huge plus
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and configure Qlik Sense environment.
- Experience supporting global commercial operations, particularly in a technical capacity.
- Ability to manage technical aspects of operations with limited managerial responsibilities.
- Familiarity with managing offshore teams and ensuring effective coordination across time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence and technical efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data integration, business intelligence, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of global commercial operations and cross-functional collaboration in a distributed team environment.
