Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Product Engineer with a strong background in UX (User Experience) and UxD (User Experience Design) to create and optimize intuitive, high-impact user interfaces for our AI and data analytics applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and data scientists, to build data-rich applications that are not only powerful but also easy to use. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of design principles to ensure our products are both visually appealing and user-centric.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design & User Experience Development :
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for AI and data visualization applications, from concept through to prototype and final implementation.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to understand user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Ensure consistent design across all platforms (web, mobile, etc.), following industry best practices for responsive design.
- Data Visualization & Interaction :
- Develop and optimize interactive data visualizations that present complex information in an easy-to-understand format.
- Design intuitive dashboards, charts, and other visualization tools that facilitate seamless user interactions with large datasets.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the usability of data visualizations to ensure they meet the needs of our target audience and business objectives.
- AI-Driven Features :
- Collaborate with AI and data engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features into the user interface (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent insights, machine learning models).
- Design interfaces that communicate AI-driven insights clearly, helping users understand the rationale behind recommendations or predictions.
- Testing & Iteration :
- Conduct user testing, including usability studies and A / B testing, to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to continuously enhance the product experience.
- Collaboration & Communication :
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and properly implemented.
- Communicate design rationale and decisions clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product vision and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, UX methodologies, and technologies in AI, data visualization, and UX design.
