Job Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant/Architect
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant/Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and related Salesforce technologies. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing solutions for the Patient Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud including custom objects, fields, Lightning components, and Apex triggers.
- Analyze requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Integrate external applications and systems using web services and APIs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Salesforce development, along with Health Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
- Must be proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies.
- Proven track record of customer-facing roles and supporting call center operations.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a huge plus.
