We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Fire and Ice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. We are a health and wellness center that provides cold plunge, sauna, and other health related services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Manage account-related tasks, ensuring all customer information is up to date.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues.
- Ensure that all areas are clean and give the clients the best impression of our team
- Provide clients all the tools they will need to have a successful and pleasant experience
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred, but not required, we are willing to train
- A great attitude is a must!

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
