3D Imaging Technician

Prospective Employee Responsibilities

• Represent our company in a professional manner.
• Use Matterport camera to create virtual walkthroughs of property damage sites 
• Complete detailed sketches in Xactimate
• Meet with property owners, tenants, insurance professionals, and clients on damage sites
• Work closely with team members to complete the ongoing list of sketches in a timely manner

Travel Qualifications

• Ability to travel overnight, out of state as necessary. While the majority of our work is local to the tri-state area, we are in the property catastrophe field. Thus, we get called into sites after major storms, fires, freeze events, etc. Overnight and plane travel would be required, on an as needed basis.
• Ability to work on sites in drastic need of repair.

General Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property damage field preferred
• Xactimate experience preferred, but will train
• Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
• Utilize various industry specific tools and products - HOVER, Eagleview, Matterport, Xactimate. Training will be provided. Knowledge and/or experience with tools are a plus.
• Knowledge of the insurance/restoration industry.
• Physical ability to climb stairs, ladders and/or navigate heavily damaged areas
• Must be able to work both alone and as a team, as the position requires both 
• Ability to communicate with our remote and office staff.
• Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have the ability to handle varying workflows.
• Must have excellent time management skills and be proactive in checking schedules, planning for drive time, traffic, etc.
