Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic people to join our team in the hospitality industry. You will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are currently trying to fill the following positions: host/hostess, server and bartender. We will accept all applications and resumes but prefer a minimum of 2 years in the restaurant industry.

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Handle all reservation requests made online and over the phone.
- Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize the flow of guests in the dining area.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, including Toast POS.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining/bar area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and effective communication during service.
Skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to adapt when changes arise.
- Efficiently follow recipes for drinks to minimize waste.
Open availability is a plus. Some Sundays are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2.13 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
