Fire Dept. Coffee is searching for a self-motivated, customer-oriented Retail Representative to work at their retail space on Riverside Boulevard in Rockford, IL.
The Retail Representative is responsible for providing customer service to store guests, cash management, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and other staff members, and conducting online customer service duties including occasional social media appearances.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Greeting customers and providing them with the FDC experience
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and promptly via phone, email, and other channels.
- Social media engagement
- Provide information about the products and services
- Learn software platforms required for performing customer service
- Assisting in-person customers inside the retail location
- Basic inventory / stocking
- Maintaining a clean and safe retail environment
- Cash management
