What You’ll Do:
- Stock & Educate: Ensure all dispensaries in your territory are fully stocked with our products and knowledgeable about our portfolio.
- Lead Conversion: Execute product sample drops and in-person visits to turn leads into loyal accounts.
- Account Management: Maintain detailed notes on all accounts and leverage a CRM system to stay organized and maintain consistent touch points.
- Territory Travel: Regularly travel (in a company-provided car) to engage with shops in outlying territories and deliver orders with exceptional service.
- Market Insights: Act as the bridge between customers and our executive team by providing valuable market feedback and customer insights.
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue by achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Flexibility: Be ready to work overtime as needed to meet demands and exceed expectations.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in B2B Cannabis Sales.
- Knowledge of the Oregon cannabis industry.
- METRC knowledge and understanding of OLCC compliance expectations.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to travel long distances.
- OLCC marijuana worker permit.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be proficient in Google and/or Microsoft suites.
- Ability to adopt new systems and technology.
