Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems in various settings. This role requires a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Fire Sprinkler Technician will ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently to provide maximum safety for our clients.
Duties
- Install fire sprinkler systems according to blueprints and schematics.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance on existing fire sprinkler systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with fire sprinkler systems as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fire sprinkler fitting. 4 years minimum experience in the fire sprinkler trade.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- Proficient in soldering, welding, and tube bending techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Can show knowledge that you are proficient in a variety of fire sprinkling systems

- Willing ness to learn company software
- You need to be mentally and physically available to go on call for one-week periods of time.
- Can go out of town for an extended period of time.
- Needs to be able to lift 40lb repeatedly during an 8 hour work shift
- Can be at the shop or on the job at 7 AM
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
