- Operate and maintain a Class C vehicle for daily deliveries to branches and customer sites.
- Safely load, transport, and unload items, including fire extinguishers, bulk materials, pipe, and heat detectors.
- Deliver materials to job sites when central delivery is unavailable.
- Follow assigned delivery schedules while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Inspect vehicles and report any maintenance needs to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all DOT and HazMat regulations, ensuring proper handling and documentation of hazardous materials.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage, and cargo.
- Communicate effectively with branch personnel, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in other warehouse and or inventory duties at needed
- Valid CDL Class C License with HazMat endorsement (required).
- Proven experience driving commercial vehicles and handling deliveries.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) regularly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
