On-the-job training and factory certification will be provided to prepare for licensing exams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect, test, and service kitchen fire suppression systems and portable fire extinguishers in accordance with NFPA standards
- Install new fire extinguishers and replace outdated or non-compliant units
- Inspect and test emergency exit lighting systems at customer locations
- Inspect pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression systems
- Assist in on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs for kitchen suppression systems
- Schedule appointments with customers for inspections and repairs
- Complete detailed inspection reports and document findings electronically
- Ensure all work complies with applicable safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicle
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations
- Develop and maintain a professional image and build strong relationships with customers
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- MA Certificate of Competency 46 – license for portable fire extinguishers required
- Knowledge of NFPA codes is a plus
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- OSHA 10 card required
- Willingness to learn and complete training for kitchen suppression systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
