Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our spa. This position involves handling phone calls, managing appointments, assisting with social media, maintaining the spa’s appearance, and more.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, addressing inquiries or transferring calls as needed
- Schedule and manage client appointments and bookings
- Handle client intake forms, paperwork, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with social media content, including capturing photos, videos, and posting updates
- Ensure the spa is well maintained, organized, and presentable at all times
- Process payments and manage the point-of-sale system
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks and support staff as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using scheduling software and handling social media platforms
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a welcoming environment
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or medical office setting is a plus
