Food Server/Bartender

Role and Responsibilities:

• Follows all company service guidelines including the Ten Steps of Service
• Greeting and orientation of all guests
• Must demonstrate full drink program knowledge
• Servers must meet company standards regarding salesmanship including up-selling drinks, appetizers and desserts to every guest
• Table maintenance, cleanliness
• Station maintenance, cleanliness
• Restaurant maintenance, cleanliness
• Must complete all Shift Side work
• Must complete Closing Side work
• Answers phone properly
• Exhibits Teamwork
• Handles peak volume calmly and efficiently
• Maintains Guest focused attitude throughout the shift
• Handles all payment transactions properly to ensure the company receives full payment for all goods and services

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to work standing and walking for an entire 6 hour shift
• Ability to carry 15lbs 300 feet at a time.
• Must have strong cash handling skills, including basic math
• Must be able to operate a POS touch screen system
• Must be 18 years of age or older and be able to work until 12:00AM.'
• 'Job Duties:
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele

• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately

As a Food Server/Bartender, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Pay: From $17.50 per hour
