Role and Responsibilities:
- Follows all company service guidelines including the Ten Steps of Service
- Greeting and orientation of all guests
- Must demonstrate full drink program knowledge
- Servers must meet company standards regarding salesmanship including up-selling drinks, appetizers and desserts to every guest
- Table maintenance, cleanliness
- Station maintenance, cleanliness
- Restaurant maintenance, cleanliness
- Must complete all Shift Side work
- Must complete Closing Side work
- Answers phone properly
- Exhibits Teamwork
- Handles peak volume calmly and efficiently
- Maintains Guest focused attitude throughout the shift
- Handles all payment transactions properly to ensure the company receives full payment for all goods and services
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to work standing and walking for an entire 6 hour shift
- Ability to carry 15lbs 300 feet at a time.
- Must have strong cash handling skills, including basic math
- Must be able to operate a POS touch screen system
- Must be 18 years of age or older and be able to work until 12:00AM.'

- Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
