Job description – Administrative Assistant
Growing Fire Island based real estate firm seeks a full time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team of real estate professionals. Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills required.
Job Duties:
- General administrative duties including answering phones, email, data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Support staff involved in a diverse array of activities, including real estate brokerage and real estate rental management.
- Cover real estate brokerage office several days per week during summer season.
- Assist with rental check ins and check outs.

Salary: $50,000 health, medical, vision and dental insurance benefits. 401k with company match and generous vacation package. Some commuting expenses may be covered as well.

- Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited college (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and email programs
- Must be proficient with a Mac
- 0-3 years professional experience
