Fire Sprinkler Installation Superintendent
Swanson Fire Protection, LLC (SFP) provides fire sprinkler installation services throughout the Southeast USA to multiple General Contractors. Our core customer base is involved in new construction of multi-unit residential and commercial buildings. SFP has been in operation for 20 years and is continuing to expand. We are seeking capable and qualified team members to support our growth initiatives in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
We offer a competitive base salary plus an incentive bonus plan. We offer the following benefits: PTO and vacation time eligible upon hire, health including a company contribution to premiums, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD and a 401k plan. Company vehicle, insurance and fuel provided.
We are seeking self-motivated individuals with the following qualifications and experience:
· Experience installing fire sprinkler systems in multi-unit wood framed apartment complexes; preferably 3 years
· Knowledge and understanding of NFPA code
· Ability to read, understand and follow blueprints/drawings
· Ability to supervise multiple job sites
· Good problem-solving skills
· Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a business environment, primarily in English, with customer representatives and company management
· Ability to speak Spanish a plus
· Willingness to travel including overnight to job sites. This is on-site role.
