Swanson Fire Protection, LLC (SFP) provides fire sprinkler installation services throughout the Southeast USA to multiple General Contractors. Our core customer base is involved in new construction of multi-unit residential and commercial buildings. SFP has been in operation for 20 years and is continuing to expand. We are seeking capable and qualified team members to support our growth initiatives in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee.

We are seeking self-motivated individuals with the following qualifications and experience:

· Experience installing fire sprinkler systems in multi-unit wood framed apartment complexes

· Familiarity with NFPA code requirements

· Ability to read, understand and follow sprinkler system design drawings

· Ability to use appropriate tools for installation of fire sprinkler systems safely and efficiently

· Willingness and ability to train others to install fire sprinkler systems safely and efficiently

· Good problem-solving skills

· Ability to work to a schedule and alert Superintendent of potential issues

· Ability to coordinate with other trades on job sites

· Knowledge of and ability to follow OSHA safety standards

· Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a business environment, primarily in English, with customer representatives and company management

· Willingness to travel including overnight to job sites

· Ability to speak Spanish a plus

Must be able to pass a drug and background screenings and have a clean driving record.

Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Nights as needed
• Overnight shift
