Job Overview
The Emergency Response Manager (ERM) plays a crucial role in Fire Reconstruction's Inc.(FRI) proactive sales team success. This position requires a charismatic communicator, strong work ethic, self motivated with exceptional closing sales ability. The ideal candidate will have a proven successful sales background, ability to provide solutions in a face to face challeging environment such as fire, flood or storms.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Must be a self-starter who can articulate the restoration process and FRI's services in a professional, detailed and organized manner.
- Must have atleast two (2) years of successful outside sales experience. Restoration experience is preferred but not required.
- This position requires a great work ethic, ability to hustle and being empathetic with potential customers that have experienced personal and property loss after a fire, water or storm damage.
- This role requires an individual that is professional, works well in a stressful situation, works well with others, has a solid follow up and closers mentality.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work some weekends, holidays and after hours occasionally.
