We are looking for an ambitious, personable, self-motivated individual with a great attitude to help us generate new customers and cultivate existing client relationships. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will market FRI’s services to various clients to include but are not limited to insurance carriers, brokers, agents, plumbers, adjusters, churches, multifamily and commercial property managers.
Responsibilities
- BDM responsibilities include developing new relationships and cultivating existing clients in various commercial vertical markets.
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of FRI's services, industry trends, competitive information and potential prospects and opportunities.
- BDM will attend various marketing events, trade shows and actively participate in key local industry groups and associations.
- Maintain records of all marketing activities (CRM) and assist Management with budgets, marketing materials and social media.
Requirements
- 1 year minimum experience with a proven track record in business developement and marketing is required.
- Must have integrity, be honest, ethical, and willing to work hard and be part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
- Must be motivated, reliable, a self-starter and have excellent communication skills.
- Must always have a neat and professional appearance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
