Director of Marketing

Position Summary

Under general supervision of the General Manager, accomplishes the Marketing Department objectives by planning, organizing and directing all activities related to conceptualizing, planning, managing and implementing market goals, strategies, tactics and measurements to achieve marketing targets and revenue projections for the assigned Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise property.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field plus eight years work experience in casino marketing management required. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Must be 21 years of age or older Navajo preference.
