Director of Slot Operations

Position Summary

Under general supervision of the General Manager, accomplishes the Slot Department objectives by planning, organizing and directing all functions required to ensure slot operations are executed in a cost effective and profitable manner for assigned Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise property. Ensures compliance with established laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration and/or Electronics plus five (5) years related gaming experience in Slot operations management, including three (3) years in a supervisory capacity; or Associates Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration and/or Electronics plus seven (7) years related gaming experience in Slot operations management, including three (3) years in a supervisory capacity. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid driver’s license. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a preemployment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
