What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Attendant position at Fire Rock Casino?
Position Summary
Under general direction from the Slot Supervisor, promotes a positive customer experience by providing accurate change for patrons; addressing questions or concerns about how slot machines are played and the types of payouts; resolving tilts and jams in a prompt and courteous manner.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED plus three months customer service or related experience. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
