We have an opening for a Fire Alarm Superintendent position here at Fire Systems, Inc. This is an opportunity to advance your fire protection career to the next level. Job Duties:
- Manage fire alarm installation and repair projects, including subcontractors and labor
- Coordinate closely with Project Manager install technicians/subcontractors, sales representatives, and general contractors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are completed on-time, safely, within scope, and within budget
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Monitor all aspects of job safety
- Must have EMT conduit experience
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings
- Experience supervising an install crew
- Experience installing and programming fire alarm systems
- Detailed knowledge of fire suppression and fire alarm systems
- Experience installing CO2 and Clean Agent systems preferred
