Summary: We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representataive to join the Fire Systems, Inc. team. This role will focus on generating and closing service-related sales opportunities, including repair work, system inspections, contract renewal, and deficiency corrections. The ideal candidate brings energy, organization, and relationship-building skills to deliver value-driven outcomes for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and follow-up on opportunities stemming from inspection reports, technician referrals, and past service records.
- Re-engage existing or inactive customers to renew or expand service agreements.
- Collaborate with field technicians, service coordinators, and sales leadership to advance qualified leads.
- Leverage NetSuite to track customer interactions, proposals, and sales activity.
- Prepare professional quotes, follow up with customers, and finalize service orders.
- Coordinate with scheduling and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Deliver responsive, solution-oriented customer service to maintain strong account relationships.
- Join weekly sales huddles and contribute to pipeline and performance reviews.
- Support special campaigns, outbound efforts, and branch-level growth initiatives.
Skills:
- Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or service coordination - ideally in a technical, construction, or fire/life safety setting.
- Confidence in learning and presenting service solutions to customers.
- CRM proficiency (NetSuite preferred) and comfort with Excel, Word, Outlook, calendar, and digital workflows.
- Organized and deadline-driven with a passion for performance and progress.
- Strong communication skills-written, verbal, and virtual.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $40,000 base salary.
- Commission plan targeting $80,000-$100,000 total compensation.
