WHAT YOUR DAY TYPICALLY LOOKS LIKE
As a Lead Fire Alarm Technician, your day starts from home, as you dispatch directly to job sites across San Diego County. Once on-site, you lead a team to install, maintain, and repair low-voltage systems, including alarm systems. Inspections, troubleshooting, and keeping accurate records are all part of the job. Whether bending conduit, reading blueprints, or programming fire alarm panels, you play a critical role in delivering top-tier service to our clients. Expect to work with a team that values precision, communication, and efficiency.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 5 years of fire alarm field experience
- Proven ability to lead a crew
- Experience with conduit bending and blueprint reading
- Good driving record
- Reliable vehicle for 20-mile commutes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fire alarm panel programming experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
This is a full-time position with shifts starting between 4 and 6 AM and running from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime opportunities are available. Travel daily to job sites across San Diego County-no central reporting is required.
