Fire Testing Solutions is hiring an organized, efficient, and team-driven person to oversee essential administrative and clerical matters as a full-time Office Manager. Are you highly accurate and detail-oriented? Can you manage your time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks? If YES, you could be an excellent fit for our team!

When you join us in Tustin, CA, you earn $65,000 - $85,000/year plus bonuses! You work Monday - Friday, either from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm OR 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Plus, we have a great benefits package with perks like:

ABOUT THIS POSITION

Our Office Manager tackles various clerical and administrative duties to keep our business running smoothly and support customer satisfaction. Your days are filled with all kinds of projects, ranging from ordering uniforms and scheduling vehicle maintenance to managing vendors and establishing new procedures. Attentively, you assist with general office maintenance, equipment rentals, software rollouts, and HR employee onboarding.

You manage and foster relationships with vendors and third parties, deepening professional connections and forming valuable partnerships. Attentive to detail, you also handle scheduling matters and set appointments with customers, vendors, and city inspectors. You're not just focused on the day-to-day but also looking for ways to improve and take us to the next level! As you analyze our clerical and administrative processes and develop new, more effective systems, you can take pride in enhancing our efficiency and shaping our future!
