Aqua by El Gaucho is seeking dedicated Bussers to join our team. As a Busser, you will communicate with and assist servers to maintain service efficiency and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Serve water, bread, and butter, refilling as needed, clearing guests' plates and utensils between courses, and resetting tables.
- Assist waitstaff with hot beverages and maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations.
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests, striving towards guest satisfaction, positive employee relations, and profitability.
