Job Summary
We are looking for talented individuals to bring on as we are building our management team. We are actively seeking individuals who can provide A-level skills to be a part of our reconstruction department, mitigation team or administrative support staff. As a Management Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the operations of our insurance restoration services. You will work closely with leadership and provide quality support to contribute to the company’s continued growth and reputation in the industry.
Qualifications & Skills
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent;
- Required: 2 years of experience in a similar role or field;
- Preferred: Experience in Insurance Restoration Industry;
- Preferred: Experience in Restoration Software such as, DASH, MICA, Xactimate and DocuSketch;
- Preferred (For Admin Positions): Experience in bookkeeping and financial processes, such as, QuickBooks, issuing Purchase Orders and ordering materials;
- Bilingual a strong plus;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Strong attention to detail.
