About the Role


As a UGC and Influencer Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our social media strategy. You'll be responsible for sourcing and managing user-generated content (UGC) and collaborating with influencers to amplify our clients' brand messages. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our clients' digital presence and fostering authentic connections with their audiences. You will also work closely with the organic social team and content teams to integrate influencer and UGC efforts with our overall content and social strategies. This position offers advancement opportunities for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities


Planning

  • Develop comprehensive influencer and UGC strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.
  • Create detailed plans outlining campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.


Identification

  • Identify and vet potential influencers and content creators who align with our clients' brand values and target audiences.
  • Continuously expand and update our influencer database.


Outreach

  • Engage with influencers and UGC creators, initiating and nurturing authentic relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers to ensure mutual benefit.


Performance Measurement

  •  Track and analyze the performance of influencer and UGC campaigns.
  •  Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and ROI.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with the organic social team and content teams to integrate influencer and UGC efforts with content and social strategies.
  • Ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all social media platforms.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in UGC and influencer management, preferably within a social media marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of relevant software, processes, and protocols.
  • Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
