The Team You’ll Work With …
The Electrical Maintenance Technician III is a highly-skilled employee within our Maintenance Department assigned to maintain the upkeep of machines and equipment in the factory. The technician treats the production team as their customer understands and meets their needs, and assists them in meeting the overall production goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be an experienced industrial electrical technician with the ability to also diagnose and repair mechanical parts. This individual has basic skills in fabrication and welding steel, allowing them to quickly address minor issues and help keep equipment operational to support ongoing production. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is located onsite full-time in Spokane. This is an hourly position (ideally 12 pm-8:30 pm there may be flexibility) and pays $30.00 - $35.00 dependent on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and generous stock options.
The opportunities you will have …
- Electrical Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Expert in troubleshooting and repairing electrical components (motors, starters, frequency drives, relays, sensors) and performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and manufacturer manuals; capable of calibrating machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Problem Solving & Communication: Strong problem-solving skills, able to systematically identify issues, engage with operators, and maintain clear documentation of work performed.
- Safety & Compliance: Follows OSHA Safety Regulations, and Building Code Standards, and uses PPE and Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures during maintenance work.
- Equipment Operation & Teamwork: Operates forklifts, scissor lifts, and cranes; contributes to team goals with a collaborative approach, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

About You …
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining industrial equipment
Minimum 2 years of experience with mechanical maintenance and fabrication
Minimum 2 years of experience with mechanical maintenance and fabrication
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Extensive experience in automated assembly operations
- Experience with high-speed continuous motion production lines
- Experience troubleshooting skills on automated equipment
- High School Diploma and 4-year degree (Or experience equivalent)
