Firecreek Coffee is a local coffee roasting company which operates cafés in Northern Arizona. Our goal is to cultivate a distinct and immersive experience for both our employees and customers in and around our coffee bars. Our team at Firecreek is looking for a cashier/barista to help us provide amazing service to our customers. This is a dedicated, fun and hard working team and we are looking for similar people! We're looking for dependable and motivated people to fill a barista role responsible for drink prep, food prep, bar back and greeting customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and creating incredible guest experiences grounded in respect, empathy, and recognition.
Must be available mornings, some weekend shifts and weekdays. Barista or food service experience required.
You will:
- Deliver impeccable gracious hospitality to our guests and your fellow teammates
- Support your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and beautifully - these tasks may vary but can include washing dishes, clearing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning and taking out trash.
You are:

- Eligible to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older

- A flexible schedule and are available to work weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
