We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Assistant to join our team at FireDEX Butler Inc. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our office while providing outstanding support to both our staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
