Responsibilities
As the Chief Marketing Officer (located at our admin building in Cuyahoga Heights, OH), your day is spent developing and guiding our overall marketing strategy. You'll lead a four member department in creating tactical plans for the direction marketing is moving, as well as manage the budget for various marketing campaigns. As a member of the executive staff, you'll contribute to the overall management of the credit union.
You'll lead the marketing department by:
- Directing all marketing campaigns as part of a cohesive marketing strategy throughout the calendar year
- Hire, train, and lead a four-person marketing team in all marketing duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans designed to meet the credit union's short and long term marketing objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
- Five to 10 years of related experience
- A bachelor's degree in marketing
- Proficiency with marketing related technology and software systems
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills

WORK SCHEDULE
This position typically works Monday through Friday with weekends off. Each weekday shift is 8:15am to 4:30pm. Other availability may be needed on an infrequent basis for special events.
