Responsibilities
As the Chief Retail Officer (based at our admin building in Cuyahoga Heights, OH but spending most of your time at our six branch locations ), your day is spent guiding and developing our retail staff. You'll lead our six branches and Member Contact Center in organizational goals and sales efforts, as well overseeing all retail hiring, training, and job performance. As a member of the executive staff, you'll contribute to the overall management of the credit union.
You'll lead the retail department by :
- Directing and monitoring branch operations through your subordinate managers, helping ensure that they meet organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and lead branch and individual performance goals to ensure that they align with organizational goals through coaching, training, and evaluations
- Participate in the creation of the annual operational budget and monitor performance to allow the credit union to achieve annual objectives
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CHIEF RETAIL OFFICER
WORK SCHEDULE
This position typically works Monday through Friday with some weekends on an as needed basis. Other availability may be needed on an infrequent basis for special events.
