Responsibilities
As a Financial Service Representative at our Emerald Parkway branch located on 20333 Emerald Parkway (near Grayton Rd Tavern) in Cleveland your day is spent helping our members in the branch with higher end financial needs. You thrive in a variable paced environment. As one of the voices of our credit union, you make sure that your warm smile and helpful attitude comes through in every phone and digital interaction.
You'll assist members with:
- Advanced banking needs including opening and closing accounts, helping our members through the loan process, and facilitating fraud complaints
- Education on products and services that we offer including share certificates, IRAs, electronic funds transfer and online banking
- Uncovering needs and cross-selling financial products
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Two years or more of similar or related experience
- Proficiency with technology including computers, tablets, and general office equipment
- Cash handling abilities
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Previous sales experience is preferred

WORK SCHEDULE
This position typically works Monday - Saturday with a rotating day off each week. The hours of operation for the Emerald Parkway branch are 7:45am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday and 8:15am to 12:45pm on Saturday.
