What are the responsibilities and job description for the Debit Card Specialist position at Firefighters Credit Union?
Firefighters Credit Union is looking for a New Accounts and Debit Card Specialist in our Holmen Branch. In this role, you will be the primary contact for debit cards for our members and staff. This will include ordering new cards, verifying debit card transactions, tracking disputes, analyzing reports, fraud reporting, and other tasks as needed. In this position, you will also work with opening new accounts and account maintenance including savings, checkings, certificates, and IRA accounts. You may also have the chance to work with consumer loans in this role.
Position is full itme that requires 38-40 hours per week and would qualify for benefits. Qualified candidates should be detail oriented, organzied, be able to mutli task and it would be most helpful to have banking experience.
