Duties
- Handle member inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Assist members with account maintenance and updates
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet member needs
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies
- Contribute to a positive member experience through effective communication and problem-solving
Experience
- Required skills: Cash handling, Basic math, Customer service
- Nice-to-have skills: Fraud prevention detection, Customer relationship management
