What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Service/Business Development Manager - Albuquerque, NM position at FIREFIGHTERS FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION?
Currently, we have an immediate opening for Personal Service Manager (Business Development Manager) to oversee our members (and potential members) in and around the Albuquerque, NM area. This person is responsible for outside sales of FFCU’s products and services, building and maintaining the membership base and revenue, and promoting FFCU’s brand through fire station visits and attending firefighter related events.
Typical responsibilities:
- Pursuing business relationships and working closely with key business contacts to grow membership and increase revenue.
- Identifying, coordinating, and overseeing public relations opportunities.
- Recommending FFCU financial products and services to members to meet individual consumer needs.
- Traveling up to 80% of the time or as needed to visit fire stations and unions, attend community events, attend meetings, conferences, training, or other work-related events.
- Must maintain a current state driver’s license from the state of primary work location and company insurance requirements.
- May work evenings and weekends.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with outside sales.
- Experience with public relations.
