We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Research Associate to join our in vitro biology team with a focus on oncology. The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating novel ADC (antibody drug conjugate) based oncology therapeutics in cell-based assays and screening. Hands-on experience and knowledge with cell-based screening and assay development related to oncology is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and communicating data to support the progression of our oncology focused programs. Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Plan and perform cell-based assays to interrogate effects of degraders and inhibitors on signaling pathways and cellular viability
- Maintain cultures of multiple human cancer cell lines simultaneously to support experimental efforts
- Apply various genetic, molecular and cellular techniques to develop mechanistic understanding of novel degrader antibody conjugates
- Execute microplate-based quantitative assays
- Analyze and interpret experimental data and present results at internal meetings
- Collaborate with team members to generate novel insights into key oncogenic drivers
- Interface with cross-functional project team members, and participate in and present at project team meetings and cross-departmental team meetings
Qualifications & Prior Experience required :
4 years working in industry in a research or drug development setting involving cell / tissue culture and cell / molecular biology, ideally in the assay development space
