Drone Show Technician / Operations Associate - Entry Level Position

We are seeking an eager to learn and goal driven Drone Show Technician to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the execution of drone light show performances and test flights.
• Perform drone repair and gear maintenance.
• Prepare, manufacture, and test Firefly Gen2 drones and auxiliary equipment.
• Assist in testing and maintaining the drone fleet during office hours and between shows.
• Support operations managers and Pilot's with day to day tasks and needs.
• Perform visual observation during flight.
• Assist with site setup and teardown.

Requirements:

• Ability to support project leads to ensure projects are carried out and successfully completed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles if necessary.
• Ability to follow checklists, safety guidelines, and operating procedures.
• Ability to properly perform maintenance and repair on equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors with limited facilities and resources for extended periods of time in various climates.
• Eagerness to learn and continue to do new things.
