Drone Show Technician / Operations Associate - Entry Level Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of drone light show performances and test flights.
- Perform drone repair and gear maintenance.
- Prepare, manufacture, and test Firefly Gen2 drones and auxiliary equipment.
- Assist in testing and maintaining the drone fleet during office hours and between shows.
- Support operations managers and Pilot's with day to day tasks and needs.
- Perform visual observation during flight.
- Assist with site setup and teardown.
Requirements:
- Ability to support project leads to ensure projects are carried out and successfully completed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles if necessary.
- Ability to follow checklists, safety guidelines, and operating procedures.
- Ability to properly perform maintenance and repair on equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors with limited facilities and resources for extended periods of time in various climates.
- Eagerness to learn and continue to do new things.
