Responsibilities
- Door to Door knocking to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to convey the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and secure appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or inside sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Familiarity with business development strategies and sales techniques.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally.
