Care Support Specialist
The Care Support Specialist assists the care team in coordinating care throughout clients’ lifecycles to provide the best possible care, including :
- reviewing and updating care plans and visit schedules,
- supporting caregivers in providing the best possible care,
- following all company policies and procedures,
- coordinating care both internally and with other providers,
- reviewing and updating client and caregiver files and credentials to comply with policies and regulations,
- receiving and triaging inbound calls,
- assisting with caregiver onboarding and training, including orientation
- taking on-call rotation,
- assisting with agency operations, as needed.
Qualifications include :
Organized and detail oriented
Thrives in a fast-paced office environment
Solid computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, web searches, etc.)
Excellent communication skills (email, phone, face-to-face)
Customer first” attitude
Office administrative experience required
Solid work history and references
Healthcare or home care administrative experience strongly preferred
