What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA and/or BCaBA) - In Clinic/Remote Hybrid position at Firefly Therapy Clinic?
We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA's, and/or BCaBA to join our team! This position can be 25-30% remote for the right candidate.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts and BCaBA will manage and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy services to children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders. Board Certified Behavior Analysts perform assessments, develop treatment plans, lead and supervise a team of therapists, train staff, and work with parents and families. BCBA required
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans and programs based on assessment results
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and develop Behavior Intervention Plans
- Oversee treatment plan implementation and provide clinical supervision to staff of Rbts
- Modify treatment plans and programs as needed based on data-driven decisions
- Provide initial and ongoing training to therapists Ensure internal policies are followed

- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field required
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D or BCaBA) required
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children with a developmental delay, communication disorder, and/or autism spectrum disorder

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
