Firefly Tutors is hiring an In-Person High School Spanish TUTOR!
This is a year-round position for the 24/25 school year and beyond!
IN-HOME/IN-PERSON tutoring ONLY
High school tutor needed in Fair Oaks CA, 95628 and surrounding areas (IN-PERSON ONLY)
MUST BE AVAILABLE to provide in-person tutoring throughout the week
Ideal candidate must have/be:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fun, engaging, skilled, creative, compassionate, intuitive, encouraging tutor
- Versed in Spanish instruction for high school students
- 1-2 years experience working with students
OTHER SUBJECTS and SKILLS INCREASES EARNING POTENTIAL
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to high school students in Spanish, focusing on language skills, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Collaborate with parents and teachers to address any educational challenges.
Pay is $35 per hour
1-20 hours per week, Part-time only
