Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, including coworking spaces and two multi-tenant office buildings with amenities that include a fitness studio and self-serve café, and two multi-tenant industrial buildings. The day-to-day requires efficient management to ensure that all properties and services run smoothly, but long-term success requires the cultivation of a robust sense of community among the tenants of these buildings.
Properties:
- The Bradford Mill is an 80,000 SF building located at 23-53 Bradford Street in West Concord that houses the Bradford Offices, Wheelhouse Coworking, and ArtScape Artist Studios
- 30 & 40 Beharrell Street are 28,000 SF of industrial space in West Concord awaiting redevelopment
- The Campbell Building is an 8,000 SF office building in Concord Center
- The Wheelhouse NEH is an intimate coworking facility in seasonal Northeast Harbor, ME
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for management and maintenance of all properties
- Negotiate and manage lease agreements with tenants
- Onboard and cultivate community among members
- Communicate regularly with tenants via phone, email, and text
- Maintain rent rolls and monitor billing and accounts receivable
- Oversee building maintenance and cleanliness
- Provide member support (e.g., printer, internet, notary services)
- Ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly
- Issue surveys from time to time and stay in touch with all tenants
- Manage Wheelhouse Café (self-serve snack & beverage bar)
- Create and implement community events
- Bid and execute service contracts (e.g., cleaning, fitness)
- Update website and social media
- Oversee Fitness Studio and ArtScape Studios
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A warm, friendly person who is extroverted and curious about people
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Able to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software (spreadsheets, word processing, QBO)
- At least 3-5 years of office management experience
- Property management and/or sales experience a plus
- College degree preferred
