What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server (Fri/Sat Night availability needed) position at Firehouse Grill & Brewery?
Firehouse Grill & Brewery is looking to add servers to our team! Our most urgent need is Friday and Saturday evening. Typical shift time starts at 4pm or 5pm and ends around 9pm. We sometimes have shifts Monday-Thursday, though our busiest nights are Friday and Saturday. (We are closed on Sundays) Our patio is about to open and demand is up for dining!

The busiest times are Thurs/Fri/Sat Night so the tips are best then. Summer job or year round. Some of our servers work one shift, others work a full schedule. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can work with you.
Its great if you have experience, but if you don't we can train you. We have college students every year that try serving for the first time.

We are family owned and only have one location in Blue Ash. We have 3 party rooms that are booked with both professional groups, rehearsal dinners, and retirement parties. We just need servers ready to greet them with a smile.
Servers take customer orders, enter into POS, help pre-bus the tables, and complete side work such as rolling silverware and cleaning up your section at the end of their shift. We have bussers, food runners, and bartenders to assist. We do not tip pool, servers earn their own tips. Servers walk with their cash tips and are paid the following week on a paycheck for all cc tips. Servers are paid server minimum wage plus tips. This averages $25/hr.
