Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize supply levels.
- Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Coordinate food production and banquet services to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a motivated team.
- Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction in both fine dining and casual dining settings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to create innovative menus that align with market trends.
