Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and staff management to ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer inquiries or issues effectively.
- Supervise and train employees, including conducting interviews for new hires and providing ongoing development.
- Manage inventory control, including stock organization, replenishment, and conducting regular audits.
- Operate cash registers accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members.
- Proficient in inventory control processes and stock management.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and financial transactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
