Duties
As a Crew Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
- Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Food preparation and presentation in accordance with food safety standards.
- Bussing tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Providing assistance to team members as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Engaging with customers to provide information about menu items and specials, enhancing their dining experience.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in the food industry or café environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn more about food service operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
